Braemar Presbyterian Care – Employee of the Month Scheme


  1. All Braemar Presbyterian Care (“Braemar”) employees (full time, part time, temporary or casual) who have worked with Braemar for at least one calendar month are eligible to be nominated for Braemar’s employee of the month scheme (“Scheme”).
  2. Nominations can be made by Braemar staff, residents, families of residents and contractors.
  3. The Scheme will operate on a monthly basis and the successful candidates will be announced in the staff newsletter (“Newsletter”).
  4. To enter into the Scheme, please complete an Employee of the Month nomination form (“Entry Form”) found on the Braemar Intranet and submit the completed Entry Form electronically by the 15th day of each month.
  5. All mandatory fields on the Entry Form must be completed.
  6. If you submit an incomplete Entry Form, your Entry Form may be rejected, and you may be disqualified from the Scheme at the discretion of Braemar.
  7. If you submit an Entry Form which is received by Braemar Presbyterian Care (as determined by Braemar Presbyterian Care) after the due date it will be included in the following month for consideration by Braemar Presbyterian Care.
  8. Braemar accepts no responsibility for any technical or other factors which may prevent you from submitting an Entry Form or which may result in the Entry Form being lost.


  1. Braemar will select an employee of the month from each facility on the 15th of each month (“Winner”).
  2. The Winner will be selected by the Chief Financial Officer (or their delegate) based on which entry is determined to best satisfy the entry criteria of demonstrating the Braemar values of Care and Friendship as defined on the Entry Form.
  3. Each employee is eligible to be selected as a Winner once per calendar year.
  4. The Winner will be presented with an Employee of the Month certificate as well as a $50.00 Gift Card (“Prize”).
  5. The Winner is responsible for redeeming his/her own Prize. Any uncollected Prize will remain the property of Braemar and may be dealt with by Braemar at Braemar’s absolute discretion.
  6. Braemar is not responsible or liable for any loss or disappointment suffered as a result of the unclaimed Prize.
  7. The Prize must be taken as supplied and is not negotiable, redeemable for cash or transferable.


  1. In submitting an Entry Form in this Scheme, you acknowledge the following:
  • if you are selected as the Winner, Braemar is not in any way involved in the operation, management or maintenance of the goods and services provided by Prize;
  • Both nominee and nominator agree to participate and co-operate as required by Braemar in all editorial activities relating to the Scheme, including but not limited to having the reason for nomination, name of nominee and a photograph for inclusion in the Newsletter.
